Sept 11th - June 14th (13 weeks = 26 practices)
- Single Registration
- Athlete may attend 1 or 2 times per week
- Open to Boys & Girls 8th - 12th grade
- No practice during Thanksgiving Week

- Open to boys & girls of ALL SPORTS 9th - 12th grade
- Agility, speed, vertical, flexibility, anaerobic endurance
